We are Ron and Lexie Lee, a husband-and-wife team of Licensed Professional Counselors. We want both of you to feel heard as we work together on the patterns affecting your marriage.
Ron Lee, LPC

Ron brings a practical approach and a sense of humor to difficult conversations. He helps couples understand their relationship patterns, adapt to change, and practice ways to communicate and work through disagreements.
Lexie Lee, LPC-S
Master of Arts in Counseling · Dallas Baptist University
Lexie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and board-approved supervisor. Her specialized training in the Developmental Model from the Couples Institute informs her work helping couples develop greater understanding and deeper connection.

When a marriage is hurting, it can be difficult to explain your experience without another argument beginning. Our work gives both of you room to speak, understand the patterns shaping your relationship, and practice different responses.

In the two-counselor retreat, Ron and Lexie work together with you. We bring our perspectives as a married couple and Licensed Professional Counselors, with shared observation and attention to both partners.
The three-day retreat also offers a one-counselor option. We can help you consider which format fits your needs.

Yes. Ron and Lexie are Christians and Licensed Professional Counselors. Our faith shapes our values and our view of marriage. We help couples understand each other, work through painful patterns, and build a healthier relationship.
You do not have to share our faith to work with us. We respect your beliefs and meet you where you are.

We combine your conversations and PREPARE/ENRICH assessment to understand your concerns and guide the work. Our goal is to help you develop greater understanding, practical relationship skills, and a plan for continuing at home.
